"I have called this office for 2 days left messages they never answer their phone or return calls I called State farm to remove a car and add a car to their corporate office they transferred me this agency's office for some reason they will answer the phone for State farm but not their customers When I told the girl about my lousy experience and communicating with this office they told me they are understaffed and the owner did not bother to come in today that explains today what about every other day And so when you tell them about their lousy performance in your frustrations with State farm they tried to defer the attention from themself and tell me that I am a bad person for complaining. In addition State farm has done a miserable job evaluating my total loss and undervalued it considerably and I had other appraisals to support this . Insurance is supposed to buy a ride peace of mind and make you whole again and an agent should be there in your corner for you all the time it's just not like that with this company anymore"
