"If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't bother paying for road side assistance. They will penalize you for using it 3 times in 3 years and decide not to renew. They will only send 1 letter in the mail (regardless that you have elected for electronic communication) that they are not renewing and just leave you hanging. All due to using the roadside assistance THAT YOU PAY EXTRA FOR. Then they will blame corporate. 10/10 don't recommend, go anywhere else but here if you ever want to actually use the insurance that you pay for 😉"
